Graduation Banner Order process and manufacturing

• Select your grad banner and size.
• Select the material option you would like.  The most common material is 13 oz. vinyl.  We also offer an 8 oz. mesh banner that is lighter and allows for more air flow.
• All designs are reviewed and may be sent back to customers if needed to ensure a quality print.
• Use the notes section in the checkout and communicate any additional needs or specifications.
• Production is 3-7 business days.  Contact us for rush orders and add need by date at checkout.
• Local pick-up is available for Lewis Center, Ohio ONLY.

Our custom graduation banners are hemmed on the top and bottom using double sided banner adhesive. We install grommets in all four corners and along the top and bottom every 24″ for multiple hanging options.   All of our graduation banners are printed in high definition using Latex Inks that are environmentally friendly compared to solvent and eco-solvent (economical) printers.

Choose to direct printed your graduation banner on 13 oz. PVC banner or 8 oz. mesh. 

PVC banner is a type of large format printing material made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic. PVC graduation banners are durable and weather-resistant, making them ideal for outdoor use. They can be custom printed with high-quality graphics and designs and can be easily installed using grommets or other mounting options. Overall, PVC graduation banners are a cost-effective way to promote your business or event to a large audience.

Grad banner design options:

All of our graduation banners are 100% customizable.  Pick a design that is close to what you want, and we will make the changes at your request. Add personal photos, academic and extracurricular achievements, catch phrases, and nicknames.  Change colors and graphics to make your graduation banner unique and extra special.

 Preproduction Proofs: 

We send proofs of your graduation banner for approval prior to production.  Please check your account email for approval requests.  For faster turnaround please send high quality logos or images that you want to include in the two available spaces on the banner.  Photos should be 300 dpi (3000 x 3600) Logos should be in a vector file format such a .ai, .svg, .eps or .pdf.

Returns and exchanges.

We do not except returns or exchanges for custom graduation banner products once the item is in production.   However, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with the product they receive.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to make it right. 

Shipping

Shipping dates are contingent on proof approvals.  We typically print and ship within 24 hours of proof approval.  We work with our customers on fast turnarounds for all our products.  Just let us know if you have a specific deadline so we can accommodate.

Hanging your graduation banner

We do not ship stakes or hanging hardware currently.  Materials needed to hang or mount the banner are available at your local home and garden center.  You can use fence stakes, tent stakes, rope, zip ties and/or carabiners to hang the banner.  Message us for suggestions.  We are happy to help our customers with graduation banner options.

Creative ways to hang a graduation banner

 There are many creative ways to display a graduation banner, depending on the location and event. Here are a few ideas:

– Hang the banner across the front of your house or porch using clips or hooks. This will make it visible to all of your neighbors and passersby.

– If you’re throwing a party or celebration, hang the banner in a prominent spot indoors, such as above the dessert table or near the entrance. You can use twine, ribbon, or fishing line to suspend the banner from the ceiling or wall.

– Create a photo booth by hanging the banner as the backdrop. You can add props and accessories to make it even more fun and memorable.
